Where to spend your research dollars???

I know so many of you are experts on this subject. What is the best place to make a monetary contribution towards research in lung cancer treatment?
Thanks for your input.

I think it is up to you to decide first what is most important to you. Some want to support early detections, some want to support research for a cure, others want to help the person going through it by support a group that does just that. I am in contact with UNMC about starting a foundation that will work on early detection, weather that be through scans or coming up with a blood test.

Blessings,
Barb

I love the LUNGevity Foundation: www.lchelp.org and/or www.lungevity.org. ALL their money goes to RESEARCH FOR A CURE! All the information is on their websites.

I agree with Alisa. It's hard to beat the LUNGevity Foundation. It all goes to research.
