Update.... good news!

I met with my oncologist yesterday to discuss the results of my brain scan and bone scan. Good news, he doesn't think there is anything to worry about. He believes that the rib had trama to it during my surgery and that the spot showing on the brain is an "artifact" and nothing to worry about. An artifact being a spot that shows up similar to a spot on a picture that shouldn't be there. It all makes sense to me.... I trust what he has to say.

We also discussed his discontinuing my chemo and decided that because I bounced back so well while in hospital and since I have come home that I can go ahead a take my last round! So today I go for my last chemo of cis/nav!!!!! I feel pretty good about this.... I did it! I was told from the start that not everyone are able to do all of the rounds and I did it!

Sorry to go on and on.... just rather pleased at how things are turning out.

Blessings to you all. I think about you everyday.

Hi Janet

I will be honest, it hasn't been a picnic, though in some ways easier than I had thought. I had wished at times that I could have a week break between, but it's over now and I am looking forward to feeling better day by day.

I pray your hubby contines to do good. How many more rounds does he have to complete?

Blessing to you both.

Sue
