Hi Kathy,

We have it posted on the LCA website. I hope people who are local are able to come out.

I live in Forest Lake, MN and my In Person Lung Cancer Support Group from St. Paul (Regions Hospital) all plan to attend this event. HOORAY!!!!!!

Did you post this information on the LUNGevity Board?
I would like for you to take the time to do so. There is also the ACOR (lung cancer) message board you might want to post this to also.

What is ACOR? I am not familiar with that. Lungivity is a grat suggestion, thank you.

13 year survivor - WOW. I am 17 months stage IV adeno LC survivor.

ACOR is also a Cancer Board. It is broken down by different kinds of cancers. It's been around for a long time.

I think it's www.ACOR.ORG You have to pick what cancer. But they have NSCLC and SCLC to post in. You'll have to register of course.

Do you know we have an In Person Lung Cancer Support Group at Regions Hospital? It's opened to the Public and its for Survivors and caregivers or however you wish to do it. We have members from Burnsville, Eagan, Hastings, Forest Lake, Mpls., St. Paul., etc., etc., We meet the first Tuesday of the month from 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. And we meet the third Tuesday of the month from 6:00p.m. - 7:30p.m. Day and Night Group. If you wish to know more just let me know and I'll give you the info. Our evening group meets in a different building at this time because of remodeling going on at Regions. But I can give you that info if your interested.

It's ALL FREE and so is parking and we offer snacks (FREE).

We're a good group of people. Maybe you would like to attend one of our meetings. We would love to have you.
