Tumor Growing ?

0 Recommendations

As you guys know my husband finished his second round of chemo a couple of weeks ago. He will start another round on Jan 5th.

He had a hard time over the Christmas Holidays and he finally told me New Years Eve that what his problem was.

He says he can "feel" the tumor again. In the beginning his swallowing went from bad to worse to nearly impossible. The tumor has gone from being measured in cm to mm and he is swallowing normally again BUT he says a few days just before Christmas he began to feel the food passing down that area again so he knows that it is growing again.

Can anyone relate to this?
Thanks guys

My tumor was in my lung - but they cut my throat open for the boncoscopy and the scar tissue there affects how I swallow sometimes - and OF COURSE I think it's a new tumor growing - and I call my onc and he tells me to calm down - I know it's hard - but the mond can create a real panic if we let it - call your Dr. and get a CT scan done - then you will know what you are dealing with - I pray it's nothing -
Karen

Thank you...................
