Soaring Crane Qi Gong

Hi, everyone,

I have enjoyed my summer this year, invited my sister-in-law and my niece to come over from China to visit me for two months, did a lot of things that I couldn't do last summer...

The most exciting thing for me is that I have started learning Soaring Crane Qi Gong. The Monday of a week ago was lesson one. I will learn the real Qi Gong next Monday (because of the holiday there was not class yesterday) and I can't wait. It is not easy for me, because I will have to drive to the train station, take two-hour train into Manhattan, take the one-and-half hour class, take the train back and then drive home, totally 9 hours on the road, every Monday, for 12 weeks. Why am I so determined? Professor Chen is my role model. http://www.wisdomandpeace.com/. I believe Qi Gong can do wonder. If you are considering learning Qi Gong, make sure learn Soaring Crane Qi Gong. There are many forms of Qi Gong, but Soaring Crane Qi Gong has its known benefit for patients, even cancer patients.

Together we fight lung cancer!

Love you all,

Jing

My twins (this is an old picture, they are 18 now) have been involved in Martial Arts (Hung Gar Kung Fu - a southern style) for over 10 years and we have been exposed to many forms of qigong. I am always interested in checking out different styles. I live in Manhattan. Can you email me as I'd love to take a trial class with you. I'm at alisa.nutrametrix@gmail.com.

Thanks!

Hi Jing, it's me again. What a coincidence! I just noticed where you live. I just moved my twins into their dorm at Stony Brook University this weekend (Freshmans). We were meant to correspond ......

Hi, J-me,

Nice "talk" to you again. How are you? I googled Spring Forest QiGong. It is also about meditation. Niiiiiiiiiiice.

Stay well,

I have tried QiGong at our local Gilda's club. I also enjoyed it, found it to be very relaxing.
