Rather than cursing illness, she encouraged people

1 Recommendation

Dear friends,

I am writing to tell you that Suwaree, my dear wife, is home with the Lord. She passed away very peacefully this Saturday morning of September 19, 2009 at 7:43 a.m. (exactly one month ago) in our home in Fort Worth, Texas.

She was such a wonderful pastor's wife, and was called a lady who lit a candle. Rather than cursing her illness during the past five years, she encouraged many people as much and as long as she could. (e.g, self-study for a year to 'American Sign Language' hoping to bring comfort to the deaf patient)

Thank you very much for all condolences. However, when people say that they feel sorry with me for the loss of my wife, I admit that I really do not feel that way at all. In fact, it is totally opposite. Suwaree is home with the Lord into the presence of God where she gains her complete eternal life. (This is why, if we were to live for Christ, to die is gain.) Now here on earth, I do not need to add any more sorrow into my heart. Instead, please say to me that you are happy with me! I am going to profit from her gain as I still serve and walk with the Lord each day. However, I sincerely appreciated your wonderful condolences you had made to me.

She has donated her body, the last gift of a life for the benefit of humanity to support advancments in medicine and cures for cancers, which will benefit future generations. There will not be a funeral service but instead a memorial worship service in her honor. She designed her memorial service to be inspirational and uplifting for everyone.

You may understand her attitude of life more by reading her goodbye letter at:

Your love for the Lord is very moving and beautiful. Thank you for the gift of sharing it.
May God continue to bless and enrich your life,
Ellen

She sounds like a wonderful human being. You were blessed to have each other. Her work now continues in the other world as yours will continue here. God Bless You. Take care, JC

My prayers are with you, you have found peace in her life, and also in her death. this is something many of us need to learn to do. I envy your faith, that you feel blessed in any way. I hope you meet again in heaven. I am hoping and praying I meet again in heaven with my husband. I was happy to see him go as I never wanted to see him suffer, but to miss this person by your side in life may be difficult. if so the prayers we put up to heaven for you may help you also.
god bless you
Sandy

You are a faithful servant. May God bless you and comfort you. Your faith has brought tears to my eyes. How amazing for us who are trying to walk to see. You are both very lucky to have eachother.
I am touched.

God bless you .

Thank you and your wife for your testimony! You both are so faithful. I pray that our Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ; is wrapping His arms around you giving you peace and comfort as you continue to be His servant until the day comes when you, too; can join your wife and hear the words, "Well done, My good and faithful servant." Your wifes light will shine down on many and they will be blessed by it. Continue to spread the Word. We need it. Krista

Dear Rev. Nittayapume,
It is truly inspiring to witness such love and devotion, and abiding faith. Thank you for sharing your wife's incredible journey with us all. Suwaree's goodness lives on in the lives of all she touched. She is indeed home, and complete. God bless you both.
Always,
Peggy
