This is such good information - please take time to listen to it!

Very good report - interesting about the protein for lung cancer but not for other types. Also the low sugar intake. Overall, I think it has good rules to follow. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for that. That is the first I have heard on the subject. Got me thinking. We should have a welcome kit for new arrivals. That would be a good start for such a kit.

Hi Jim,

I think that's a really great idea. And I think this information every newly dx would appreciate hearing!

Great ~ Super!

Thank you for sharing this valuable info with us....I cannot wait to play this for my hubby with lc.

10 stars to you!

Awesome information. Thank you for sharing....I think Jim's idea is great. The sooner someone has information like this, the sooner they can make informed decisions for themselves about nutrition.

Thank you for bringing this to our site. It was a long haul but highly informative, worth the time. The Dr Quillin she refers to is Patrick Quillin, author of Beating cancer with nutrition. I think it's a real shame that so many oncologists are in denial about the role of nutrition in maintaining a NED status. It may be too much to believe that nutrition alone can cure advanced cancer without drugs or other treatments, but I am convinced it can help keep minimize the adverse effects of treatment, and help keep the dreaded disease in check afterwards. I was fortunate that my oncologist didn't forbid anti-oxidants, but I know some do.
