Nine year anniversary

I post this only to assure and encourage others that this scourge can be beaten.
As many of you know I was dx'd stage 4 NSCLC(adeno) 11/30/99 with brain mets larger than the LUL primary. Read my journal for more details.
I have changed nothing, diet, no supplements, no exercise and I still smoke.
I often must "sit on my hands" and not reply or comment to many issues here but, I help anyone who asks.
I pray a better solution for this disease is imminent.

With all sincerity,

G

G,

I'm so appreciative that your out there and take time to answer questions I've asked. You've been great support and source of practical information from experience.

Your story adds to my reasons for living life to the fullest, continued cautious optimism and hope I will be hear posting something similar six years from now.....that would be about nine years out from original diagnosis.

Thank you

G,
Thanks for the uplifting post! You have been a great help on this site, and I thank you for sharing your experience. I have just over 8 years to go to hit my 9 year mark, but I am confident that I am going to make it that far, and even longer! I'll be dammed if I won't get a chance to spend some of my Social Security!!!
