Leave my poop alone!!!!!

Why must every prescription drug mess with my poop.

Not a serious topic here just find it funny that every medication either gives you constipation, diarrhea, or in some cases both???? Leave my poop alone!!!!!

Or is it best to seek a balance of the ones that give you just the perfect balance of diarrhea and constipation to make you normal.

I take a Senocot S suggested by my doctor ...well I take the generic...and I take one every night because I had some horrible days....I can take it or not as I decide but for the most part...I take it every day and it really works...npi..hee hee

Good one!

I have a friend whose husband was a retired police officer and when he was having similar troubles he asked his wife to go to such and such park and ask the addicts who hung out there what they did for constipation.

She was never eager to do that.

Oh it's not just medications. It's ANYTHING outside the norm. Sleep too much? Too little? Travel? Bleah. Nerves? Oh yea, that's a biggie.

I have IBS instead of the meds causing their own problems they seem to irritate the IBS. Never know what causes what. I know if I've been constipated more than a day or so I need to GO OUT and eat an offending meal. YUM. The best food causes the worst problems.
