LCA on Facebook

I have been meaning to post that there is a way to connect on Facebook, if you are on there and so choose to try to connect with others. Just go on and search for LC Friend and add as a friend. I found a few of the folks from here that I correspond with regularly on there and it's a nice way to feel you know them a little more personally (if you're comfortable doing that on the internet). I'm finding that during this time, the internet has become a great source of comfort and distraction.

It's also a great way to help advocate, but I'll leave that to the LCA folks who were so kind to set it up to tell us about it further.

I havea facebook acct and belong to some LC groups there. No one ever posts, though, and that frustrates me. I will add you as a friend here..maybe we can start a great group, too, on Facebook together! :)

We have a Lung Cancer Alliance Group on Facebook as well. Post where you are from and what you've done for Lung Cancer Awareness Month. It would be a great place to exchange ideas!

If you go on FB, search for LC friend and add that one. If you send me a message through the site, I can give you my name also.

Hi Frank - I couldn't find you either...but if you type in LC Friend, that should do it. Then once you become friends with LC Friend, you should see links to the various LCA groups on the site.
