Julie lost her battle

My beautiful, smart, creative daughter, Julie, passed away yesterday morning. She waited for our entire family to be there, her best friend, and her wonderful husband, Scott was holding her hand. It was a beautiful sunny day and a gentle breeze was coming in the windows of her pretty garden room. She peacefully took her last breath. She has had so much pain and suffering that we are happy she is finally at peace. I will continue my prayers for all of you. Sooner or later this deadly beast of cancer has to be stopped forever.

I can not even imagine the suffering you have all been through. I am so sorry that you all were given such a hugh burden to carry. Thank God she had all these loving people surrounding her. I am sure she will surround you all and comfort you now that she has passed. Prayers are with you all.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your loving family. As you said, she is no longer suffering and this will sometimes sustain us through our own pain. I too hope that one day cancer will be a disease of the past.

Praying for you and Julie's family and friends to get through this difficult time. I know losing my mom was the worst thing I ever had to go through, I can't imagine losing a child.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Alan Jackson wrote a song about a dear friend who passed away unexpectedly. It's a beautiful song and I hope it will bring some peace to you if you want to hear it. It's called Sissy's song..
