I HAVE HAD NSCLC 3B FOR 6 YEARS CHEMO 2 TIMES & RADIATON

YEAR AGO I HAD HAVE BOTH HIPS REPLACE
WAS THIS FROM TREATMENT ???
HAS ANYBODY ELSE HAD THIS

Hi Charlie,

Did your doctors have a sense of why you needed both hips placed? If you were 3b, then I assume you did not have tumors in the hip bones (because that would make it stage 4) so I assume your hips were not radiated. I have not heard of this as a complication from chemo, but it is worth asking your hip doctor about!
