Hi,
My mom's last treatment resort is tarceva which after a week we just got it delivered. The problem is we got it in pill form, apparently they don't make it another way, and she can't swollow! She has a feeding tube in which we usually crush the pills and mix with water or the pharmacy gives us the script in a liquid form. The pharmacist seems to be at a loss as to what to do. Wondering if anyone has ever done this??

Just got word from our doctor saying it is ok because it is not time released medication. Phew! Finally, the first cancer treatment in months because of her stroke!
