Hi everybody!
I've noticed I have a craving for oatmeal, and was wondering if anybody else has experienced cravings? I'm not on any treatment at the moment.
I know a craving often means there is something in that particular food that your body needs.
I have oatmeal for breakfast (with blueberries and protein powder) but find throughout the day I want more, so either have another small bowl of it (plain) or a couple of oatmeal cookies with raisins. But the bowl of plain oatmeal plain satisfies the craving, so I know it's not the fruit, protein or raisins that I crave. It's just plain, boring oatmeal!
So, I was just curious if anybody else has cravings?
