Hello all!

Cathy had her CT scan this morning and I just read the report and all is "stable" after "dramatic improvement" in both lungs back in April! This all after starting Tarceva in Feb. Febs CT showed progression while on alimta and avastin.
She has continued taking the avastin with the Tarceva.
So folks.......Never give up and rememebr there is new leading edge medicine out there being tested every day.

Love and God Be with you all!

PS: Cathys trip to Vegas was cancelled! So now we can go to the beach and watch the fireworks together!

I couldn't be happier for you, and you of all people are so deserving to get healthy again! Go out and enjoy this beautiful holiday weekend, thanks for the post it is going to help some other new people we have coming in for the first time to see there is real hope, not just false promises. These oncologists are still telling patients they have a few short months to live, what is wrong with them, are they not seeing us? I figured out why now that they tell us this, it is so when we do beat their odds, they can take all the credit for healing you, if they said we are going to win this fight and we don't, then they will be to blame, this way by saying we only have 3 or 12 months or whatever, they know how much praise they are going to get and they feed off of this.it is the only explanation I can think of.
Great news for you! happy dancing and Happy holidays this 4th of July weekend!
Sandy
