Morning, if you put in Nutrition in the Find It box up top, you will get lots of info. Good luck and take care, JC
From what I've read, honey is also on the "no" list. Try Agave nectar or Stevia as a substitute for sugar. We're on whole wheat pasta now because it's made with white flour which is also on the "no" list. We actually like it better.
Stevia is great. It's natural and it tastes good. Lots of fruits and vegetables.
Prayers with you,
Karen
My cancer center has a very knowledgeable nutritist that I see. Shas ne on the Mediterranean diet .Japanese green tea,Pomegranate juice(6 Oz daily),ginger, tumeric, mushrooms, onions, leeks, & garlic. These are to be eaten daily . Best vegetables cabbages and othe crucifereous greens. A little watercress each day. Fish(fattty) 3 times a week. Whole soy products, Citrus fruits, except grapefruit. Berries of all kinds. A lot of Kiwi. The only sweet is 1/2 ounce dark chocolate daily. Lots of beans and legumes as well as nuts and seeds. Cancer patients need twice as much protein with most of it coming from a not animal source.
Hope that helps.
Dear Radar:
Just curious - what do you eat for "protein"?
Thanks!
Blessings!
