I took my mom for a bone scan yesterday because she was complaining of pain in her back....just heard from her doctor...NO CANCER in the BONES!!! I am so thankful for some positive news finally!!!

My husband Stan had sclc treated, and cleared, then some lesions were found in his brain. He got 14 days of radiation and it's just about gone. On Weds. he had a ct scan of the chest, abdomen and pelvis, and now there's a "suspicious nodule" on the adrenal gland. So he might get radiation for that, but first he's having a bone scan on Mon., just to be sure the bones are alright. I am so confused because he had 30 rounds of chemo and 44 radiation treatments, so we figured the rest of the body was safe. I guess we were wrong. Lots of luck to you all,
