Has anyone had their shoulder or neck hurting after chemo with almita/carboplatin? My dad had his first chemo on Monday and on Wed and Thurs his neck and shoulders were hurting very bad.

Talk to your oncologist. Chest pain is listed as a side effect of alimta (which is commonly referred to the shoulder area). I'm not sure about carbo but I wouldn't let something like this go unquestioned. Wish I had the answer. A call on a holiday weekend by the way is totally appropriate. Do not hestitate.
