What do you all think of this? I've been reading about this "miracle" juice, but I'm skeptical. Any ideas would be appreciated. I'm trying like crazy to get my husband on the best possible foods, but I don't want to be scammed. Thanks for your help.

Sounds great. We'll try that combination if we can find it!
I just tried the Aci/Bulberry/Pom juice mixture - I mix it with high pulp oj and BOY is IT GOOD!!!!!! - Even if what they say isn't true - blueberries, pomagranet, aci berries and oj can't hurt!

Acai juice is now available in the juice aisles of most major supermarkets. The label says it has 6 times the antioxidant strength of blueberries.
Thanks to everyone. For now I think we'll stick with fruits in their natural form -- organic if possible.
I tried this it is in such a lovely expensive bottle I thought it was wine at first, but the taste lets you know right away it is like a thicker juice, but hey it worked really well on my joints, I tried it for about 2 months, my sister sent it to me because I asked her to get me for Christmas something to help me, I was in pain all the time, and this really did help me get off the couch and get moving, I am not taking it anymore and should be, it really worked well, and did give me more energy like a boost of energy. I stopped because of the price of it, and unsure if it was approved or not by the FDA, and didn't want my sister to have to buy it. I really tried very hard to be a good judge with it and not make more out of it than it was, but I have to admit, it really did make some changes in me. The one they sell in the grocery store in the dairy section sounds like it has all of the same ingredients in it, but is cheaper, I tried it but not long enough for any effects so couldn't really be a good judge with that one, but for arthritis symptoms this helped a great deal for me. I don't like to be someone who recommends these new type vitamin drinks and things like that, I hate people who prey upon sick people to get there hard earned money but this was pretty good I must say. thinking this comes from the rain forest i am worried about it being safe and if it is indeed FDA approved.. God bless Sandy
The thing with Acai berries is that they are imported from Brazil and so they're not sold as fruits but always as juice. This is just the latest new fruit on the market. In context I would say that never pay a lot of money for any fruit juice and remember that it doesn't matter generally what fruits you eat so long as you eat plenty of them. And as a heads up even though Acai claims to be the highest antioxidant fruit right now, there is another fruit formulation due out in the next few months that outdoes acai in the antioxidant category so I say just stick with basic fruits. If you want to try something different go with pomegranate juice. It actually has scientific studies with impressive results in relation to cancer and won't cost you a lot.
Thank you. I'll check out Dr. West. My husband had RML (I a) and most of the ULL (II b) removed with surgery (both were thought to be primary tumors). The doctor said the margins were clear. I wonder if it might help prevent a new cancer from developing.
My understanding is that Acai berries are suppose to be high in antioxidents. Antioxidants are suppose to help prevent cancer. Prevention and treatment are not the same thing. I don't think it will Hurt him, but I don't believe this kind of thing helps fight cancer if you already have it. In fact, I hae read where high doses of antioxidents can interfere with chemo. Dr. West has responded to several posts about this sort of thing at cancergrace.org
hope this helps.
