To ER

Yes, I went to ER yesterday per my pcp's request due to my drug allergies and many health problems. Chest x-ray, no pneumonia! Blood work didn't show different than they expected. Increased prednisone to 40 mg for 5 days then back to 20 mg. Need to call my pulmonary doc and update him. Back to my pcp Tue. or Wed. Doing better this afternoon, prednisone kicked in but good. I dislike living on 10 mg, 20 and 40 are much worse plus Plavix, my skin is so thin, almost like 'look at me' and I get a bruise. I try to wear long sleeves to cover my arms as they look like I was in a fight or accident and cause concern for some people. Called my son, girlfriend 'kidnapped' him and 3 kids, drove to Jerome, an old mining town. That's good, he was in court directed meeting Fri. to settle things with ex who tried to control him, didn't work. Said he kept his cool, tried to meet her half way, she doesn't want to share anything with him, especially the 4 kids, would just as soon he went to the moon and stayed. This is 3rd time she left, he said fine, filed for divorce. Has since learned she'd been unfaithful to him for a number of years. Now has positive relationship with friend of 20 yrs. They have a lot to work on but are doing so, one day at a time. His being in a positive relationship is also good for me, I can relax some where he's concerned. He's my youngest, we were the only two for a long time as the other three are older and we watch out for each other. Our personal relationships have a bearing on our health, working at staying as healthy as possible as I'm sure many others are also. Going on 4pm, need to get out of my pj's! Will see what else I can accomplish as housekeeper didn't have enough time in 2-1/2 hrs to put my clean clothes away, vacuum, etc., told her okey, I'd get them done, can handle them a few at a time, at least they are folded or laying in a neat stack. Need to get out hangers, drape them on walker and put in closet, can do that I feel sure. That's all for now.
