Yesterday I did pretty good with following my menu. Didn't have lunch tho' because of no appetite.
Today I didn't get breakfast. Took care of my dog and his meal before mine when I ran out of time. Had a class to go to. My blood sugar dropped but corrected it by eating a granola bar with choc. chips in it. When I got home at 1 p.m. I had 1 slice of whole wheat bread and left over meatloaf followed by 3 small choc. chip cookies. It's now 7:30 p.m. and I'm starting to get hungry. Will probably have more meatloaf (heated) along with green beans and mashed potatoes. Have no place to go over the next 3 days so should be able to stick to my meal plans.
