Mayo Clinic does not recommend jogging or running with osteoporosis. This conflicts with a study I saw that running increased bone density in the spine. Confused and conflicted. Don't think that I have reached a jogging level at all yet, so probably what I am doing is ok. More of a brisk walk and a little gentle jogging. Feel restricted. My mind is not ready to cave in to this. What a bummer.
