thumb joint

Hi,,

I just had surgery about 3 months ago on my right thumb joint. It was completely removed and a tendon taken from my arm to use as a new joint. I am wondering if I will ever lose the pain that I am in hand. Therapy has helped a lot,, but I need to be able to lift 70 lbs when I go back to work. I'm a little concerned that I won't be able to do that,, and I am set to go back in 2 wks. Would like some insight on this if anybody has any. I really need to go back to work,, asap !!!
