I was given a pain diary to log my pain level and hope that all goes well . and I decided to go to spine health.com because most of the post here are closed for posting ,which makes me feel unwelcome , Thanks everyone for the support that I did recieve and God Bless everyone and hope you and your love ones gets better in health and life.

p.s. you are never unwelcome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Following a tenden cut injury in 1999, I had developed a chronic pain in my right wrist with constant pain in the nervous system from time to time. Is there any therapy that can help to fight the pain on a permanent basis?

I have had two facet joint injections in the last 3 months. It does give some relief but still have to get the hang of "pacing" myself. As a formerly very active person who did things I enjoyed to the max this will be a huge adjustment. Love it if you would get back to me and tell me your story. You look younger than I am but I would like to try to offer some encouragement.

Thank you fulofit , I would love some encouragement! I am 42 soon to be 43 in September I been pretending my pain is not a problem to keep working for 10 years after my injury did very good at it too but now I can't pretend even if I wanted too. the pain is more intense and every movement is just unbearable and my body just swells. encouragement is good .

When I tried to reply to some post in May it would not let me it said this post is full, seriously @ deebelle

I'm fairly new here, but I've read some of your previous posts. It sounds like you've finally gotten a doctor to take your pain seriously - and that's wonderful!

My youngest brother has a spinal injury from a motorcycle accident & it took forever for him to find a doctor that would take him seriously and work with him to make his life bearable.

I have degenerating discs too - but nobody can give me a reason for it. No injury, no genetic history, etc. I've been wondering lately if it could be the result of having shots in my lower spine prior to having my children via caesarian...

Anyway, having the support of others is really, really important. You seem great at reaching out, at expressing yourself. I hope to continue reading your posts here!
