D.C. ARTHRITIS WALK May 30th - Join me & Miss Wheelchair America 2005

Please Join me, former Miss Arlington and 1st runner up Miss Virginia International 2009, and Juliette Rizzo, former Miss Wheelchair America 2005 as Arthritis survivors at the first ever Washington, D.C. Arthritis Walk to help raise awareness and raise funds for arthritis.

My name is Karla Perez and I was diagnosed at 22 years old, I am now 25 and volunteer as the PR Chair for the DC Arthritis Walk committee. The Arthritis Foundation had supported me tremendously through this chronic, debilitating disease and I thank them for that! It's also nice to have the Joint Support Arthritis Community that I can relate to and find as a great resource tool for combating arthritis -- thank you for all your discussions!

If you or someone you know lives in the Virginia, Maryland, or Washington DC area with arthritis or knows someone with arthritis please let them know there is a movement at the national mall on May 30th at 10:00 AM for a 1 or 3 mile walk.... as we also spread awareness of the Let's Move Together campaign to help control and prevent arthritis by movement.
