social security disablity is so frustrating

i have been on ssd for 9 years now and every three years i have to do a review of my health to see if i am still eligable its starting to get stupid to me if you ask what part of the doc saying NO SHE WILL NEVER WORK AGAIN she has chf now i live with an icd to prevent sudden cardiac death and so forth...... my doc is getting sick of teh bs from them too every three years i got a letter yesteday fromm ss saying they were going to review my disablity however we do not need to at this time what teh hell report if i return to wokr well havent since 1999 ..... or my doc says my health is better hey ss come sit with me and take a look at what they see on the screen as they look at my heart. its stupid and waste of paper they are not giving us a raise this year of what 20 whole dollars so stop wasting money on paper...... i fought long and hard to get my ssd i went as far as going to goverment i had a man sit in front of me with a judge in 2001 and say from his big ole book he had that listed jobs with the resrtictions my doctors has put on me there is no job i can do i wanted to say duhhhhhhhhhh to them so i won my case but i won by staying in their face tehy kept turning me down my age so forth hell i told them i paid into it,,its my money i read that year a chinese man never lived in us came over and boom he got know how pissed i was at that so i built my case to present to teh judge who by the way would not do a hearing unless i hired an attorney so i did but all he did was show up and get paid........ so any ways just my rant i guess but if you are working on getting ssd dont give up keep fighting write write all you can to govermnet and so forth
