Laura noted this thread is fizzling and if it were not for her it would be fizzled. For me, I love this easy find post focused on one of the most critical areas we need to address in our lives. I love the websites, recipes and helpful hints offered. The cheering for one another. However I don't enjoy the guilt or recriminations I can put on myself. But that's me doing that to me. So the question is.....Is it is time for a change or to just cut this thread loose?

Personally, I have no answers. Can we morph this thread into something that is easier for the post-er? What would be easier? Is this thread useful to others? Also it is very helpful to hear from those of us who have made the journey back to a healthy body and life style. But, are we duplicating something that is already present on this site? To continue this thread it will take effort from more than a few. What do you all think? Spuds
