I have been having chest pains in the middle of my chest that really started as neck pains and then after a day progressed to chest pains in the center of my chest to my back, these pains will go on for an hour or so, stop, start back up. My throat also feels as if it is closing. No nausea or vomiting, no sweating, just pain. This has been going on for five days now, my doctor did an EKG and chest x-ray and said the EKG was fine and my x-ray showed cardiomegaly but not enough for any heart problems. I wanted to go to the ER but I knew they would just send me home. I don't know if it is indigestion or heart trouble. Can anyone help me?
