5 weeks post op.....Just!

Good day all......I thought i would share where i am with my health issues at the moment! I turned 5 weeks post op Fri just gone.....I have had a very good week and have been walking quite a bit.....It's been great to be ut in the freash air.......I have also been sleeping quite a bit as well but i guess that goes hand in hand with the walking.....I have had no major problems.....My heart skips beats or goes out of sink sometimes but only last for 5mins most.....I see my surgeon 10th Nov so thats on my list to converse about.....The keliod at in between the bottom of my breast seems less inflamed now but still needs attention....My friends and family say i am looking very well.....I feel it......I feel a whole lot better this time than the first bypass.....So i remain very positive.....The docs have not got me on so many tablets this times....I am on Asprin, Plavix and Anlodopine, Water tablets and one for keeping the stomach settled...I was on 3 lots of iron tablets per day as i lost a lot of blood in the op and through complications after....But i only take 1 now....I hate iron tablets....Everyone knows what they do.........I dont need to explain it....lol.....I take a regular supply of paracetamoles even if i am free of pain.....I still take them and will do for a few more weeks......I take tramadole if i need to.....Thats only if i have been sleeping in a uncomfortable postion and my ribs are killing etc.....I have a rehab appointment on Mon (tomorrow) ready for my 6 weeks next stage.....Lol

I have stayed very positive even when i am pushed back a day or 2 .....I have to....This is what is getting me through...Or one of the things......In the begging if your read my journal i was very low mentaly....I had to turn things around to survive......Think POSITIVE it does wonders......

I don't know what the future holds....No one does..healthy or unhealthy....but i don't intend to waste any more time on pettie things etc......That's a cert.....
