Hi all, i hope you are feeling better than yesterday.....My 3rd day at home has been horrid...It started about 3am...Crying non stop until 7 this morning...Why? I dont know....My carer was very good and sat will me through the night....I managed to fall a sleep and woke around 9am....I had breakfast which ended in the bowl ( yuck ) sorry for details...and thats how my day has been .... Seeing through blured very red and tired eyes now....I did pop in earlier as i felt a bit positive and shared the bit i had with others in here...I also gained some strengh by some entries from other posties.....Has anyone had a second bypass and through the same scar?....The scaring does not bother me but it seems to hurt a whole lot more this time...Mind you it was only 4 months ago i had my first bypass....Then as the surgeon thought he had finished i had to be opend up again...and again after that....Very rocky road.....BUT i am here....My chest IS more sorer now and have a slightly larger scar but the bottom bit is veryyyyyyyy sore...I just wondered if this is normal......
The site is becoming a very important part of my daily routine and i DO feel brighter after i have popped in....
It is a tough and sometimes rocky road out there....Sometimes it seems endless.... But i always say slow, small firm steps like Mr Tortouse ( sorry my spelling is pooh at the moment ).
Thank you for letting me dribble on....I hope you do feel better out there....I know i do from the first day up on the ward in hospital to now.....
Warm wishes.....Yazz
