Heart attack

hi Yazz,
I have a treadmill, which we had bought 2-3 months prior to my heart attack and quad bypass! It is mid to high end as I plan on using it for the next 10-20 years so wanted something that would last. It can go up to 12mph and inclines up to 12 degrees.....but the key part that makes it useable is it has a TV built into it so at 6am every morning I get on and watch the morning news, makes it easy.
I started at 1 or 2 mph and zero incline and now 6+ months post op I am at 3.6mph and 9 degrees for 60 minutes to get my heart at the 120 beats per minute my doc says to target.
I love/hate the thing but it I can really tell the days I don't use it. Using it helps with my weight, my HDL's and attitude - think Thomas the tank engine - I think I can I think I can....

hope you get better soon
