I have ex-sclc. Started cemo in June with Carboplatin and Etoposide for 4 infusions. Got to stable and switched to Taxoteere and Avistin. Had 4 infusions and PET of last week shows some activity and very slight growth. Will now start on Topotecan next Monday for 5 days. Anyone using this and what side effects can I expect.
