Had a meeting with onc today. CBC showed low platlets (10) and enimic. Start 4th and last round of cemo (carboplatnum & toposide) next week and decide on which cemo drug to use after next PET scan. Have a trip to europe scheduled the end of Sept for 13 days. Any advice on a maintenance cemo drug and the trip to europe for 13 days? I have sclc-ex and onc expects the next PET to show it all gone.
