Over the Counter Meds taken off the shelves

I just found out that ColdMD is taken out of the shelves for a class lawsuit. I didn't even know this, and I don't know what the lawsuit is about. Do you have any information on this, or, what other medications have cases like these? How are we to know we're not supposed to use them anymore?
