Non Compaction Cardiomyopathy

I just found out last year that I have this genetic birth befect.And I am 34 years old .Is there any one out there that has is please let me know any thing about it .I also have problems with my left kidney .UPJ caused by an extra set of arterys and some blood vessels.There is so little on these birth befects if anyone has any info on it please ,write back.I have a six year old son who has to be tested every 5 years.Thanks for your help .
