Does anyone have experience advocating with TRICARE? I plan to get involved and want to learn more from others who have been working in the system. I want to know who to start calling to start being a champion for Sodliers and their Families to have a fertility treatment covered (one IVF) as some state insurance plans do.
I don't have experience Advocating with them. However, I do have friends that work for them, so I could try to get you a contact number? We are Air Force and luckily at a base that is a "teaching" hospital and has one of the few fertility clinics. We were able to get our Frozen Transfer done for about half the costs and lots of meds for free! Let me know if you would like me to try to get a contact. I'd be more than happy to help you advocate!
