The e related books thread

Hi all,

I thought it would be worthwhile to discuss the books that we have discovered are related to E.

I'll start with this one:

http://www.amazon.com/reader/1932603409?_encoding=UTF8&query=fatigue#reader

"Brainlash: Maximize Your Recovery from Mild Brain Injury (Paperback)"

One little secret: check this book out on google books and you can read much of it for free :-p

http://books.google.com

Although it approaches it from the view of car injury victims, it is very clear to me that there are similarities between that and recovery from e. In fact it seems that e recovery can be very broadly classified as mild traumatic brain injury because almost everything I find on the topic seems so close to what I am going through.

What else have people discovered? it would be good to keep this thread going longer term.

Looks like a good tool for us. I'll go to google and read a little more before I order it.

A few years ago I learned (from Ingrid's or Wendy's group) of a book called "Healing Lazarus" by Lewis Richmond. It's a memoir of his illness of/recovery from e.

I ordered it, read it, and recommend it to other e.-survivors.

Well, hate to push my own book, but I talk alot about my HSE and recovery....as I was pregnant, had the baby and the craniotomy, and physical therapy....
