I haven't posted anything for awhile, I had a time there when I was so lethargic I struggled to get out of bed for a shower, washing my hair seemed to be a chore. I went to the doctors and he suggested I change my medication , which we did. No joy there in fact I became worse and was having dark thoughts, went back onto my old medication and within a day I was back to myself.
The doctor said I was too hard on myself and to just take each day as it comes so now I accept there are days when I struggle and days when I'm okay.
On a cheerier note, my husband had an appointment with a specialist doctor which was a few weeks down the track. I kept asking him what time this appointment was and he would tell me. This went on for days and in the end my husband said get me a piece of paper and a pencil, which I did. He wrote the time and date on this paper and gave it to me.
On the day of the appointment we where driving down the highway, I looked at him and said what time is this appointment????
He looked back at me and said, Turtle(his nickname for me) have you lost your paper!!!! I know why I love my husband so much for his humour and patience.
Take care

To answer your questions, Muzzamo I was diagnosed with Herpes Simplex Encephilitis in May 2005. Hen haven't got a clue what time the appointment was.
One thing I've noticed lately I seem to be getting aggressive, this has never been part of my personality before and it scares the living daylights out of me. Would be grateful for any comments.

So, what time was that appointment?

Lynn When were you diagnosed with e? Just wondering

I'm glad you're feeling well enough to let us know you're ok even with these problems. I hope the problems get better and I have days when I wonder how I have the strength to blink.

I put all appointment and things in my phone calander so that way losing the paper isn't such a problem and my phone tells me I have something going on.

Hey Lynnie, glad you're back and thanks for such a cute story! Hubbies with a sense of humor are the best!
