Hello, I am new here and I wanted to see if anyone has lost a child due to encephalitis. My healthy 2 year old daughter was admitted to the hospital on May 29 and died on June 2. Her brain autopsy showed that she had viral encephalitis. When I put her to bed she was perfect and now she is gone. Just wondering if anyone has had a similar situation. Thank you!
