I have been introduced to the x-strap. www.x-strap.com or Google it and buy one, it is amazing. I have a dropped foot and put this on and watched my family almost start crying. For $42.00, it picked my foot up and allowed me to walk straight up. I hadn't even realized how much I'd been leaning. I ordered it on a Saturday and paid $20.00 for the quick shipping and got it that Monday!!! I'll now order the heavy-duty one and some extra. I signed up to tell you this because no one in the doctor's office had heard about it, I showed the nurses and they were ordering it for family members! I hope this helps.
