Well, I am happy to say that I am down one pound from last week. I weighed in at 177 lbs. Also I have lost one inch off of my waist and one inch off of my hips since I last measured them 12 days ago.
This past week has been a real challenge because I did not eat like I should have on a couple of occasions. However, I did manage to workout in spite of those pigouts (chuckles) and it seems to have made all the difference. Thank goodness.
Oh and I got the Leslie Sansone DVD today and did the 3-mile walk. I worked up a good sweat and felt great afterward. I did Gilad's workout, too. It targeted the hips and thighs and was, again, hard as hell. But I felt a sense of accomplishment when I finished just like I always do when I complete a workout. I guess it's because I am impressed that my fat a** can do something besides eat. LOL! I am really glad to be participating in this Challenge.
