Down syndrome exchang eis a place for parents, caregivers and anyone associated with Down syndrome to share information. We do not formally advise. The Mid-Atlantic Down Syndorme council is a group of 5 states and Washington DC affiliate groups that have come together to provide support to eachother as affiliate groups and to work as a cohesive unit. This EXCHANGE is a project that we launched because we felt a communication tool that did not have boundaries, as a list serv does, was needed!
