So if you liv in wisconsin never go to wheaton fransiscan hospitals or doctors office specialists, they obviously think your live's aren't worth much. I started going there when I was in highschool but had no problems outside of getting sports and yearly physicals or the occassional flu. Once I started saying I was vomiting all teh time and in pain my PCP told me it was just the flu, after ending up in the E.r multiple times from vomiting so much i was passing out, I was told to see a psychiatrist..hmmm no pretty sure I'm as sane as they come, so I switched PCP , the one I have now is good, he refered my to a GI dr, thru G.I associates not wheaton franciscan, the g.i dr ran some tests and said I have severe gastroparesis for which he is treating and it is sooo bad I have a J-tube probably for the rest of my life. Then my newer PCP did some blood test since i felt fatigued all the time and said I was severely anemic and low WBC and platelets, so he sent me to an oncologists (oh by the way he looked back in my records and for a few years the labs were not normal) the first oncologist said oh it's been going on for a while it's probably your normal count, then the counts got worse (being checked by my PCP)I asked for a second opinion from their other oncologist he tested me for cyclic neutropenia when that came back fine he did a bone marrow biopsy and conclude something is supressing my bone marrow but he's not specialized enough to know what is, he needs to refer me probably to some chicago hospital (idk the name) I also saw a endocronologist at WF for chronic vitamin D deficiency, a thyrroid nodule and osteoporosis, I asked to be tested for heyperparathyroidism, after arguing the symptoms I have that matched that disease she agreed to run it, then it came back showing I did have that she just said oh it's cuz your vitamin d deficient and that'll throw the levels off (umm no I talked to another nurse and she said it's the other way around the the disease causes uncontrollable vit. d deficiency, osteoporosis, excessive urination, headaches, fatigue,etc-yes I have all of that. Then i was sent to a neurologist at the medical college by one at WF they tested my autonomic system and I have a form of dysautonomia which i really don't think they know how to treat, and due to lack of insurance, i'm basically screwed. anyone else like this or feel like this??
