another ER visit

Jake has been sick for over a month. He was seen at the Er last Monday and we found out that he had an unusal bowel infection in his cecostomy site. They started antibiotics, flagyl and k-flex, and said to follow up with Ped. We did 2 days later, he changed the k-flex to bactrim. The day he started throwing up. So yesterday I called the Ped, they said bring him in. The doc looked at him and said go to the ER. We did they started an IV and gave him fluids, Zofran, morphine, and antibiotics. He was treated for dehydration , and cellulitis around the cecostomy site. We were there from 2:30 to 11 PM. The ER doc sent him home with Zofran, hopefully now he can take the antibiotics and finally get over all of this. I wish all the other doc wouldn't have ignored all the nausea signs, maybe he wouldn't have gotten this sick.
