Well, what can I tell you? I weighed in at 175 this morning. That is four pounds up from last week. Yep, my old friend 175 is back. I'm cool with it, though. It could be worse, right? I think it was the Chinese food. Someone mentioned that it could be water weight from the sodium in it. Who knows... Whatever the case, I am going to try and maintain this 175, through proper diet and exercise, and pray that I don't gain any more weight.
