I'm new to the site and just thought i'd vent a bit. I'm a diabeitc and really trying to lose weight. It's stressing me out. I had lost about 10 pounds about 2 months ago. Well, my work hours and load have been all out of wack for the last 2 months, so I've gained the 10 plus a few pounds back. My bg readings are not great, but not as bad has there were. I'm perfect in the mornings, but as soon as I eat, it spikes.
I use the walk in the afternoons after work, but now I'm working until 7 or 8 pm, so walking is hard to do. I think I'm eating more junk food, due to not having time or feeling like cooking.
I know I've got to do better, I have a doctor's appointment next week, and I hate that scale. I just feel in a rut and stressed out about almost everything. I hope everyone is doing better than me. I'm looking forwardto better days and weight. :-)
