Hello on the goers -
OK - first things first - I answered every one under reply for yesterday so you will have to go there - Sorry I didn't realize untill I was done you all wouldn't get an incomming message - I know how much I like seeing that red note telling me I have a message from one of you -
I talked some about estimatting distance for your daily movement - Remember we aren't in a race with one another - just posting the daily results for that race we are having with ourselves and supporting each other -
It might take some time but I guess you could try to estimate how far you think you go weekly and then try to beat that distance the next week then once you have a record of a week just keep improving on that and before we know it it will be a new year -
I'll be looking for you all to post - Good Luck today and make it just 10 more steps then yesterday -
