Day 3-4, much better. I am trying to get my head around it being a life style change and not a DIET, it is very hard. Exercise is my biggest hurdle. I work all day, leave at 6:30 am come home at 6:30 PM! I am on my feet most of the day....I have no energy when I get home and can not get out of bed early enough to exercise......HELP
I joined WW Online again, it help to count points......and I can save more points for the evening....wich has worked out better at least so far so good. This weekend is going to be tough, going away with the girls and all we do is shop and eat....so any advise on eating out will be great.
