Day 2, Struggling with portion control!

Not a bad day yesterday. I need to figure out how to portion control!!! I am fine all day, bring snacks eat the right foods, but when I get home something snaps inside my brain. I loose control and eat to much, not bad food, but just too much food. What need I am trying to satisfy???? I guess that is what I have to work on. Did not get to exercise last night, got home late. I was to tired. I know cop out right. But that seems to be a big issue I have to overcome also. EXERCISING.
