I have "turned the corner". I came home from the office, anxious to go work out. I set the timer on the precor for 1 hour and was disappointed when time was up. I spent time on the weights as well. I usually don't bring my ipod but decided to today, I think it made a little difference. I wish I didn't notice the amount of calories burned because I find myself being overly critical of any foods at all, even the healthy ones. I like being on this side of the struggle!
I have decided not to weigh myself again till it has been 30 days. I will also take my measurements. Thanks to the advice of an "inspired friend" I am on the hunt for something to do. I wanted to try swimming but it is a bit late in the season for it now. I guess I could train for the 5k in San Marco at Christmas. I think I need more training with learning how to run with the new boobs. 36Ds are not easy to run with believe me!
Sure wish I could find someone in Jacksonville Fla that lives in Mandarin or San Marco area to work out with!!!!!! Hint, hint!
